This year, more than any year of my life I have realized that there is so much more to beauty (and health) thank I ever realized.  Growing up in the country in New Hampshire, we had more fresh air than we knew what to do with, and summertime comfort in out home (spoiler alert: it wasn't comfortable) meant cranking open our windows and keeping cool by using a fan. Our house did not have AC.I moved to Boston in 1997 and up until about 6 years ago, none of my apartments had HVAC.
